We report a case of a false aneurysm of the visceral segment of the aorta that was associated with tuberculous vertebral osteomyelitis. Both conditions were successfully treated with antituberculous chemotherapy and a combined surgical procedure, ie, aneurysm resection and homograft implantation, followed by orthopedic stabilization of the spine.
